DBR is funded by company equity and with support from an ASB credit facility. Lending our own money ensures that each property finance solution we provide is carefully considered and beneficial for all parties. In other words, we don’t lend money in situations where repayment might be unrealistic. We’re really proud that in our 10 years in business we’ve had zero bad debts.
