Brad Mower
Senior Manager
Brad is DBR’s Senior Manager and has an extensive finance and banking background including both Senior Lending Manager roles and three years where he owned and operated his own commercial mortgage brokering company. Brad’s brokering and lending experience ensures he readily understands both his brokers and customers' needs. Brad has a lot of energy and an amazing work ethic and his early morning starts are legendary as are the approvals that eventuate from this.
Laura Gregory
Business Development Manager
Laura is someone with a real desire to see the deal happen. She works closely with brokers to mould a deal into shape and always sees the silver lining in everything she does - both in her business and her personal life.
Geoff Allen
Business Development Manager
Geoff has a real drive to succeed and is extremely motivated to find a way to make each deal work. He loves getting out there, meeting new people and helping them take an opportunity or resolve a problem. Geoff’s previous experience as a residential and commercial mortgage broker provides a real asset to both DBR and to the people who refer us business. He sees transactions from the brokers’ perspective and knows how hard it is for them to source and secure business. Geoff has a business degree and diploma and has worked in the banking and finance market for more than 10 years. He is married to Sarah and they have recently had their third child.
Brett Lornie
Director
Up until 31 March 2006 Brett Lornie was a shareholder and director of North South Finance Limited. Until 15 April 2005 Brett was the Chief Manager Property Finance for the National Bank.
Janine Craddock
Sales Administrator
Janine has worked in the banking industry for the past 15 years most recently with Westpac as a well known and respected Business Development Manager. She now has taken the opportunity to work part time for DBR to allow her to balance an enjoyable work life and a very important family life. Janine is well known in the industry having built a lot of fantastic relationships in the mortgage broking industry. She has a strong work ethic and is well known for the excellent service she provides to her customers. Janine's role focuses on assisting the Business Development Managers in building and maintaining DBR's relationships with its business providers. She is enthusiastic, efficient and adds greatly to DBR's ability to provide quick no nonsense loan approvals and then seeing these approvals through to settlement as seamlessly as possible.
